A native of Marshall, Dr. Heidenreich received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1988 from the University of Michigan. Since then, he has continued to seek out the finest materials and most reliable techniques and importantly prides himself on providing very gentle care.
Our practice is devoted to serving all adult and child dental needs. Preventive dentistry is not just a goal, but our policy.
If restorative procedures are necessary, they are completed with the finest dental materials available. The reasons, and any possible options are discussed with you prior to treatment.
We also offer cosmetic dental care. Most people are amazed at what can be fashioned with the newest dental materials to straighten crooked teeth, close gaps, eliminate metal, repair chipped or broken teeth, and veneer or whiten dark or discolored teeth...usually in one visit.
With the advances of modern dentistry, there is no reason why you should remain unhappy with your smile. Thank you for placing your trust in us.
Our normal business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We expect all of our patients to return regularly for cleanings and examinations if they wish to remain on our active patient list. These appointments are very necessary to ensure your dental health and minimize emergencies.
In order to minimize the time you spend in the waiting room and maximize the individual time spent with each patient, we do not "double-book" our appointment schedule. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Accordingly, there is a fee for missed appointments.
If your schedule causes you to need specific appointment times, we recommend that you make your return appointments six-months in advance. We send a reminder post card and try to phone you to remind you of your appointment. However, should we be unable to contact you, your appointment card shall serve as your reminder.
In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, payment is expected at the time of treatment by cash, check or use of your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. If you have insurance, we will submit your dental claim for you on your behalf. Your deductible and/or copay is due at the time of treatment. Being a ”non-participating” provider, we do not accept insurance as full payment, so we will refund or bill you for any remaining balance after receipt of the insurance payment.
